"We arrived at 11.00pm & the entry was difficult to find although the staff were helpful. We were asked for $100 bond in cash which had me on edge as I thought it was a scam. The smell in the corridors was a stale musty smell which continued into the room. The room had ants on the wall in several places with dirty cups & glasses. The shower was not clean with grime on the shower glass & mold on the wall tiles. My wife would not shower because of this. No water or milk in the room for tea or coffee but I would not have used it anyway. We moved to Suva the next day for better accommodation. We could not get any free to air channels on the TV. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in & would not recommend it to anyone. I did not ask for a refund for the following 3 nights we just wanted out. Never again will we stay there but the pictures looked so good before booking."

"When we 1st arrived we were given a room with 2 bedrooms as we took our dad. It was fine until I went into the kitchen.... there was black n green mould everywhere and the oven was filthy. I took photos so I could show reception when asking for another room. Our 2nd room was tidy n clean although on the older side. Our 2nd night this room flooded and was completely covered in 2 inches of water so at 2am we were given our 3rd rooms. These rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. They did however have a shared kitchen for the 14 rooms and shared lounge n dining. Our stay was to include a full buffet breakfast and also meant to have a coffee shop. Breakfast consisted of cold sausage n boiled eggs... warm pancakes n cold grits as none of the bainmaries were heated. The fruit, pineapple n watermelon was a couple days old. Very very disappointing to say the least. The coffee machine was never turned on while we were there for 8 nights, only an urn with hot water. The juice appeared to be watermelon I'm gathering. I tasted it and it was sour. Upon inspection of the juice machine, there were floating and this juice remained the same all week. It was never changed. The fridge was dirty on the inside. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and friendly. This accommodation option is definitely not on my list to stay again. I will spend the extra $ if I return on better accommodation. The photos displayed online are true but only represent part of the facility"

"Property is centrally located , good customer service, we had 2 rooms but we we did not get any room service for 3 days, otherwise all fine ."
